During my years as an educator, I have had the opportunity to sit in on many interviews for new teaching candidates. I have seen some extraordinary job candidates who were well prepared for the interview, and excited about the job opportunity. Unfortunately, I have also seen quite a few who could have used some guidance about the expectations for an interview. In the hopes of helping future job seekers, I have put together the basic criteria for how to have a successful interview.
