Life has a way of throwing us curve balls every once in a while and our routines, plans, and goals can be thrown into disarray. Once we have things under control again, we have a choice of whether to get back on track or make excuses about why it is too difficult to regroup and move forward. This happened to me with my running. I had been training for my first ultra-marathon for several months.
