My husband hates to exercise, and he has a wicked sweet tooth, but when he had a small stroke, the doctor told him he had to lose weight and exercise. His idea of exercise is fifteen minutes of very slow walking, but I am so happy that he is moving, and I know he has found the fitness routine that works for him.
